The Chepang Hill Trekking is newly developed Trekking trail by TRPAP purpose of poverty alleviation of the ethnic Marginal community of Mahabharat Hill area (northern part of Chitwan). This area is about 80 km from kathmandu. The Trail with Green forest, Flora and fauna, Majority of most ethnic Marginal community it is called unique trail. Ethnic Marginal community people called by ‘Chepang ‘therefore this trek called Chepang Hill Trek. Chepang’s cultures are respected as rich culture of Nepal. These peoples are so honest and simple. Chepangs, speak their own distinct language, leading a nomadic life and their primary lifestyle, hunting, foraging for wild roots and fishing and traditional farming near jungles. For the cultural Interested tourists to be introduced with A Praja Pande (faith healer) might be an interesting figure. The remote area of Dhading Makawanpur, Chitwan,and Gorkha districts are there Permanent inhabitants.

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu. Transfer and check in at hotel

Day 2
Visit Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Budhanilkantha and Hanuman Dhoka

Day 3
Kathmandu to Hugdi- (309m) by bus from Kathmandu. 80-k.m –drive, around 3 to 5 hour and Trek to Hatti bang – (1410m),

Day 4
Hatti bang to Jyandala (1600m)- walk around 4 to 5 hours.

Day 5
Jyandala to Upperdangadhi (1275m) walk around 6 hours.

Day 6
Upperdangdhi to Saktikhor (355m) and drive to Chitwan National Park.

Upperdangdhi to Saktikhor (355m) and drive to Chitwan National Park.Transfer to hotel and Welcome drink and then be allocated to your room. 4.00Pm: Village tour to ethnic Tharu village where you will learn more about the life and lifestyle of them. Visit to the National Park Visitor’s centre where you can learn more about the history of the National Park and about wildlife & Sun set view from the bank of Rapti River. 7.00pm: Dinner and Tharus dance which will performed by the malaria resistant indigenous THARU people, you will really enjoy it. 8.00pm: Dinner.

Day 7
Activities in Chitwan

06.00: Wake up call. 06.30: Breakfast. Canoe ride along the Rapti River 07.00: Canoe ride along the Rapti River. An opportunity to Bird Watching and for seeing the rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the fish eating Gavial. + Jungle Walk in the grassland and Mix forest where you may see birds, Mammals, Vegetation’s and on the way back one can enjoy the elephant bathing. 1.00pm: Lunch. 3.30pm: Elephant Safari. Which will take you to the Jungle where An opportunity to see four different kinds of deer, rhinoceros, Wild boar, monkey, leopard, sloth bear and the Royal Bengal Tiger (If you are lucky). You will also may have chance encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home. 08.00Pm: Dinner

Day 8
Activities in Chitwan

06.00am: Wake up call. 06.30: Breakfast. 07.00: Visit to the Elephant Breeding Centre. 01.00pm: Lunch 2.00pm: Jeep Drive to the Bishajari Tal. Which is very famous lake? The lake is surrounded by well-preserved Sal forest, which is a very famous corridor forest of the Chitwan National Park. The lake has been recently listed as RAMSAR site in the Wetland International Convention for its significant importance to the wildlife of Nepal. A four hour walk in this area bird watching for several species of forest and water birds such as Storks, Herons, Egrets, Magpies, Grey headed fish Eagles, Brown fish Owls, Greater Himalayan Crested serpent Eagle and Woodpeckers, Flycatchers, Warblers, Parakeets and more…and drive back to Hotel 8.00pm: Dinner

Day 9
Drive to Pokhara

07.00: Wake up call. 08.00: Breakfast. 09.30: Drive to Pokhara 145 Km. (7 hours) Overnight stay at hotel

Day 10
Pokhara valley sightseeing

Sightseeing in Pokhara ,such as : Sarangkot hill , One can have a beautiful view of Dhaulagiri, Himalchuli, Machhapuchhre, four peaks of Annapurna and others in the beautiful range of the Himalaya and Best Sun rise) , Bindabasini Temple, Seti river George visit, Devi's Fall, Gupteshwor Cave

Day 11
Drive to Kathmandu…transfer to hotel.

Day 12
Visit Patan and Bhaktapur And Changunarayan

Day 13
visit oldest village in Kathmandu Bungamati and Khokana.

Day 14
Breakfast, free for final shopping and transfer to the Airport for your next destination.
