Notes/Rules:

1. If the disposal vehicle is used half day will be charged (Disposal will be within Ring Road).

2. 50% Extra will be charged after 8:00 pm as Night Charge for Arrival/Departure and Disposal.

3. If A/C is used in car then 20% extra will be charged.

4. If A/C is used in Hiace/Jeep 10% extra will be charged.

5. If A/c used in Van 15% extra will be charged.

6. Rs 22 are fixed of Car’s Rate for 1 km to 99km.

7. Rs 20 are fixed of Car’s Rate per 1 km to more than 100km
8. 25% will be charged extra for gully, gravel and hilly road.

9. Overnight will be charged if the day return doesn’t enter to Kathmandu valley within 8pm.
10. Day returns defines drop of the station and return same day to Kathmandu, if the vehicle/person did not return then the overnight will be charged.

11. Kilometer/Rate is fixed for two ways as mentioned above.

12. If the vehicle occurs technical problems / not working properly, alternative vehicles will be provided as soon as possible.
13. Arrival/Departures to and from Gokarna Forest Resort/Park Village Resort/Godawari Resort will be charged as half day sightseeing.

14. Taxes are exclusive on above mentioned rates.

15. If the fuel increased more than 5 rupees / liter then the rate list will be increased.

16. Car = 1 rate of Car, Van = 1.75 rate of Car, Hiace/4WD = 2 rate of Car, Coaster/Minibus = 3 rate
of Car, Sutlej Bus = 3.5 rate of Car.

17. 25% cancellation will be charged if the booked trip cancelled.
