Mardi Himal Trek-13 Days
Mardi Himal Trek-13 Days

Trip Highlight

The Annapurna Machapuchare (Fishtail) trek, also known as Mardi Himal trekking, follows the least trodden trail far from the trekkers’ madding crowd with an essence of exploration. This is off the-beaten track where are no teahouses are available and very much quiet and isolated comparatively other routes in the Annapurna region. This trek offers the opportunity to venture into the deep forests and roam the high alpine pastures to the base of the sacred, fluted peak of Machhapuchare and Mardi Himal.
The great ice fields and the blue glaciers of the Annapurna sanctuary walls lie below us. The highlight of this trek is to walk through the forest and wilderness zones combined with an essence of exploration. We ascend through Hindu villages and pristine forests (magnolia, oak and rhododendron) to alpine campsites that afford panoramic views of the Annapurna Range.
