Arrival in Kathmandu Airport and transfer to Hotel

Kathmandu valley sightseeing tour and trek preparation (1400m)

Day 3
Fly to Nepalgunj (150m) - a 45-minute flight and overnight at Hotel

Day 4
Fly to Juphal (Dolpa) and trek to Dunai (2140m) – 30 minutes flight and 2/3 hour trek overnight at tented camp

Day 5
Trek to Tarakot (2537m) – 5/6 hour - 6/7 hour overnight at tented camp

Day 6
Trek to Laini (3370m) – 6/7 hour overnight at tented camp

Day 7
Trek to Nawarpani (3475m/11) – 5/6 hour overnight at tented camp

Day 8
Trek to Dho Tara (3944m) - 7/8 hour overnight at tented camp

Day 9
Acclimatization day at Dho Tarap (3944m) overnight at tented camp

Day 10
Trek to Numa La Base Camp (4,440m) - 6/7 hour overnight at tented camp

Day 11
Cross Numa La (5,238m) and trek to Phelung Tang (4,465m) - 6/7 hour overnight at tented camp

Day 12
Cross Baga La (5070m) and trek to Dajok Tang (4080m) - 6/7 hour overnight at tented camp

Day 13
Trek from Dajok Tang to Ringmo (3,600m) – 4/5 hourovernight at tented camp

Day 14
Exploration day at Ringmo and a hike to Phoksundo (3600m) – 5/6 hour overnight at tented camp

Trek to Shyanta (2520m) – 5/6 hour overnight at tented camp

Trek from Shyanta to Juphal (2475m) – 4/5 hour overnight at tented camp
