Day 1 :
Ride to Nagrkot (2168 m) via Bhaktapur 38km.
Day 2 :
Ride back to Kathmandu via Shanku and Boudhanath Stupa (1340 m., 34km)
Day 3 :
ly from Kathmandu to GonKar (Lhasa Airport)and drive 2 hours (95km) to Lhasa, (3650m).
Day 4 :
Acclimatization day (rest day in Lhasa)

Day 5 :
Visit to the Drepung Monastery and Potala Palace.
Day 6 :
Ride to the Chusul, 100% paved road 61km 3600m.
Day 7 :
Ride to top of Khampa-La, cycle down to and around Yamdruk Lake to Nagatse. (99km ,4410m.)
Day 8 :
Cycle or drive up Karo-La and ride down to Gyantse, (105km,3990m)
Day 9 :
Cycle down to Shigatse and visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, (94km 3860m).
Day 10 :
Drive and cycle up to Lhatse. (148 km, 4050m)
Day 11 :
Rest day in Lhatse
Day 12 :
Ride the highest pass today, Gyatso-La - 5220m.
Day 13 :
Ride up to Pang la for panoramic views of Everest, Cho-Oyu and the expanse of Tibet.
Day 14 :
Ride up to Rongbuk Monastery.. 63 km/ 4920m
Day 15 :
Ride to Tingri via Long Jong La pass 80km / 140km 4340m
Day 16 :
: Start descending the longest descent in the world from Tibetan Plateau down,(154km 3750m).
Day 17 :
We will keep on descending into Nepal today. Trees appears and rivers grow

We cycle down to Dolalghat and then drive to a resort in Dhulikhel, 115km 1600m</p><p>On our last day in Tibet, we descend 2850m to Barabise on the longest downhill of our tour on a muddy, rocky and slippery road with a big drop on the right hand side into the river Bhote Kosi. We will be heading towards the border Zhangmu which also is known as Khasa in Nepali and Dram in Tibetan and will enter Nepal through the border - a place called Kodari. After approximately 2 to3 hours of biking, we will have lunch at Barabise( 870m) a small town with shops and basic hotels. From here we will be transferred to a Hotel in Dhulikhel in our support van before Kathmandu. Overnight: Resort</p><p></p><p></p>
Day 18 :
Dhulikhel, Bhaktapur and Thimi (35 km 1340m)
<p>Ride to Kathmandu via Dhulikhel, Bhaktapur and Thimi (35 km 1340m)</p><p>After a 2.5 km ride from Dhulikhel, we leave the Arniko Highway behind and follow the dirt road up to Bhaktapur. We will continue the broken tarmac road to Thimi, a popular town for hand made paper masks. Thimi is the major supplier of vegetables to the capital, Kathmandu. Ride the last section of the Valley rim through busy traffic and transfer to the Guest House. Attend the farewell dinner. Overnight: Guest House</p><p>: - You need a mountain bike in a good working order with helmet (both available for hire in Kathmandu. We have big stock of bikes with front suspension (e.g. Trek Series Bikes with genuine parts). Group Size Min 2 persons, plus Nepali guide-medically trained and experienced, drivers & Tibetan guide also will be experienced.</p><p></p>
